  1. Thank you! I really enjoyed the movie Gravity, but throughout it I was wondering about all the sounds I heard…It’s good to hear you make the same point!

    1. As much fun as I poked at Gravity, my wife and I watched it Saturday night and thought it was pretty fantastic. I’m not sure it deserved all the awards it got, but it definitely deserved the nominations. No doubt someone is already working on a sequel, where George Clooney is found alive and living in Darth Vader’s T.I.E. Fighter.

  2. the challenge was a tough one and involved getting everyone to be silent at the same time, on the entire set. similar to what i encounter when trying to get my entire kindergarten class to be silent at the same time on our circle rug.

  3. That’s amazing! I heard Gravity won a bunch of awards, but since I haven’t seen any of the movies, I wouldn’t have an opinion on what might or might not be better.

    1. I did see Gravity, and it was really terrific. I’m just not sure it deserved all the Oscars it got. Then again, I’m still bitter abut Chariots of Fire winning “best musical score” over Raiders of the Lost Ark back in 1979…

No one is watching, I swear...
